Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our carrier partners offer various shipping methods worldwide.  Our shipping methods are all trackable.  We ship all our packages in boxes.

Is There An Order Minimum?

Yes, we have an order minimum of $29 (before shipping and taxes).  This order minimum is in place for us to offset the costs associated with processing, packing, and shipping your orders out.  Shipping rates are higher than what we charge you, so the order minimum helps us balance the additional costs.

Are there discounts for larger quantity purchases?

Yes, if you are looking to order more than 150 sets there is a 20% discount.    There is a minimum of 10 sets of the same style/color option per selection.  Please reach out to us for more details.

Do you offer any sponsorships?

We have discontinued our sponsorship programs and no longer provide free product to people who don’t have an established relationship with us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

All international shipments are subject to taxes/duties/fees/VAT/levies which are charged by your country’s customs/government which we have no control over.  It is your responsibility to figure out and pay any additional fees when your package arrives.  For customers in the USA, expect no duties/taxes on orders under $800USD.  For other international destinations, we do offer a shipping method where duties/taxes are prepaid at a slightly higher cost.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our wheels are made-to-order.  Orders will require 4-8 business days to process in most cases before they get sent out.  Larger orders take longer to process.

For shipments to United States/Canada, it may take between 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive after order processing.  For shipments outside of Canada or United States, the shipment times will vary greatly so feel free to contact us for a rough estimate, up to 2 months in some cases.  

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At this time, payments are handled by Stripe which is our chosen payment processor.  Stripe handles all credit card transactions securely.  Major credit cards from every country are supported, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.  PayPal is also accepted!

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes!  Our payment processor Stripe is being used my millions of online businesses across the world, connecting customers to businesses in a safe and secure manner.  We do not directly store any other information.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Feel free to visit our “Shop” page and select the items you are interested in and add them to your cart.  Afterwards, proceed with making your payment through the checkout system.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How long does it take orders to ship?

Most orders will be shipped within 4-8 business days.  If there are any additional delays you will be contacted via email.
During sales periods, such as “Black Friday” or “Christmas” periods, orders will begin to process and ship out after 7-14 business days.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

All sales are considered final after they are shipped out.  

As our products are made-to-order, we do not provide refunds.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact us right away  if you ever need to cancel or change your order.  Once items have been shipped out they cannot be changed or canceled!  All orders that are cancelled will be refunded minus payment processing fees we incur.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once items are shipped out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.  Please take note of the carrier/shipping compnay used and input the tracking information on their respective websites.  Below are links to our commonly used carriers/shipping companies:

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please use the tracking number with the respective carrier to locate your package.  If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery dates, please contact us back we will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier/company.

If for any reason the item is found to have been lost/misplaced by the shipping carrier/company, we will refund you or you can have the items re-shipped after the investigation has been concluded.
