What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For domestic shipments (customers within Canada) we generally ship via Canada Post or one of the local couriers such as Fedex or UPS. For customers residing near Vancouver, BC, local pickup may be an option. Packages going internationally may be sent via Canada Post or another courier such as Fedex or UPS.
If paying via PayPal, we will only ship to the address indicated on the transaction page.
Which Currency Is Used For Pricing?
The products listed in our shop and shipping are listed in USD (United States Dollar). Our payment processor, Stripe, can convert the funds to your local currency.
Is Local Pickup Offered?
Yes, if you reside in or are close to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada you are welcome to pick up your order in person to avoid shipping fees.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
All international shipments are subject to taxes/duties/fees/VAT/levies which are charged by your country’s customs/government which we have no control over. It is your responsiblity to figure out and pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
International customers outside of Canada/USA: In order to save money on shipping fees, we recommend you use a USA hub/shipping address.
It is cheaper to ship to USA and have your package forwarded to your address than having us send directly to you from Canada.
Postage cost from Canada is significantly more expensive than postage costs originating from USA.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
The closer you are to Vancouver, BC the quicker it will take to receive your package. Customers residing in the province of British Columbia may receive their packages in 3-5 business days, and up to 6-10 business days for other locations in Canada. For shipments going into United States, it may take between 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive subject to customs. For shipments outside of Canada or United States, the shipment times will vary greatly so feel free to contact us for a rough estimate. Please note, these are estimated timelines for when the package is in transit. Orders will require 3-7 business days to process in most cases before they get sent out (as most our wheels are made-to-order)
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At this time, payments are handled by Stripe which is our chosen payment processor. Stripe handles all credit card transactions securely. Major credit cards from every country are supported, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted!
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes! Our payment processor Stripe is being used my millions of online businesses across the world, connecting customers to businesses in a safe and secure manner. We do not directly store any other information.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Feel free to visit our “Shop” page and select the items you are interested in and add them to your cart. Afterwards, proceed with making your payment through the checkout system.

How long does it take orders to ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If there are any additional delays you will be contacted via email.
During sales periods, such as “Black Friday” or “Christmas” periods, orders will begin to process and ship out after 7-14 business days.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
All sales are considered final after they are shipped out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you receive, a refund will be given ONLY after items have been sent back to us.
Buyers will be refunded the cost of the items sent back MINUS shipping/handling fees.
If free shipping was given for your order and you want to send the items back for a refund, the standard shipping fee that would have been charged will be deducted from your refund.
Buyers are responsible for all fees/charges for sending the items back to us.
If any package is refused and sent back to us, you will be responsible for all associated shipping fees incurred for this order which will be deducted from any refund amount.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us right away if you ever need to cancel or change your order. Once items have been shipped out they cannot be changed or canceled!
How Do I Track My Order?
Once items are shipped out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please take note of the carrier/shipping compnay used and input the tracking information on their respective websites. Below are links to our commonly used carriers/shipping companies:
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Please use the tracking number with the respective carrier to locate your package. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery dates, please contact us back we will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier/company.
If for any reason the item is found to have been lost/misplaced by the shipping carrier/company, we will refund you or you can have the items re-shipped after the investigation has been concluded.
